This policy explains how payments work on our platform: the methods we accept, how currency and taxes are handled, when payment is due, and how we keep transactions secure.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Available methods are shown at checkout and vary by country and currency. Depending on your location they may include international and local cards, PayPal, UPI and local Indian methods, cryptocurrency checkouts, direct bank transfer, and your account wallet balance. We may add or remove methods at any time; the methods offered at your checkout are those available for your order.
2. Currencies and Exchange Rates
Prices are maintained in our base currency and shown in your selected display currency using current exchange rates. The amount presented at checkout in your currency is the amount charged. Your card issuer or bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees for some methods — those fees are outside our control.
3. When Payment Is Due
Orders placed through the website are payable at checkout. Work begins and digital access is granted once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, your order is reserved and processed when funds arrive — typically 1–3 business days. Invoices issued with agreed payment terms are due by the date stated on the invoice; overdue invoices may pause active work and accrue no benefits until settled.
4. Taxes
Where we are required to collect tax (such as VAT, GST or sales tax), it is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and, where relevant, region and business status, and shown before you pay. Business customers should enter their tax ID at checkout so it appears on invoices and any applicable reverse-charge treatment can be applied. You are responsible for any taxes we are not obliged to collect.
5. Invoices and Receipts
A tax invoice is generated automatically for every confirmed payment and is available in your account as a PDF. Invoices show the amounts in the currency you were charged along with the exchange rate reference where applicable. If your billing details change, update them in your account before your next purchase — issued invoices reflect the details on file at the time of issue.
6. Payment Security
Card and payment credentials are collected and processed by certified payment providers; full card numbers never touch our servers. All payment traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment status changes on our platform only after server-side verification with the gateway — we never rely on the browser alone. Suspicious transactions may be held for review, and we may request verification for high-value or unusual orders.
7. Failed Payments, Disputes and Wallet
If a payment fails you can retry with the same or a different method from your order page. Please contact support before opening a bank dispute — most problems are fixed within one business day. Wallet balances from refunds or rewards can be applied at checkout; wallet funds have no cash value except where a refund to the original method is unavailable and applicable law requires payout.
