Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

Last updated: August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do when using our website, client portal, services, digital products and memberships. It exists to protect our clients, our team and the wider public. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and by using our services you agree to it.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to create, promote, distribute or advertise content that is:

  • Illegal in the jurisdictions where it will be published or received, or that facilitates illegal activity;
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including scams, fake reviews, counterfeit goods, phishing pages, or impersonation of any person or organization;
  • Infringing on intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
  • Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or inciting violence against any person or group;
  • Sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors in any way;
  • Malicious software, or content designed to compromise devices, accounts or data.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using the platform you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data, or probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission;
  • Interfere with the platform's operation, including through excessive automated requests, scraping at disruptive volumes, or introducing malware;
  • Circumvent payment, licensing, download limits or other technical controls;
  • Resell or redistribute services or products outside the granted license;
  • Use the referral or affiliate programs through self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading advertising or bidding on our brand terms;
  • Abuse our staff — we will always help, but threats and harassment end conversations.

3. Marketing Standards

Campaigns we run for you must comply with the policies of the platforms involved (search engines, social networks, ad networks) and with applicable advertising and anti-spam rules, including consent requirements for email marketing. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe breaches platform policies or law, and will explain why.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or conduct connected with our services violates this AUP, report it via our Contact page with links and details. We review all reports and treat reporters' identities confidentially where possible.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn you, require content changes, pause work, suspend or terminate accounts and memberships, revoke digital product licenses, and withhold affiliate or referral earnings derived from violations. Where the violation caused non-refundable third-party costs, those may be deducted from any refund otherwise due. We report content and conduct to authorities where the law requires. We aim always to be proportionate: honest mistakes are resolved with a conversation, not a termination.
