This policy governs the purchase, download and use of digital products (templates, graphics, software, documents, media files and similar downloadable items) sold on our store. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Licensed, Not Sold
When you buy a digital product you purchase a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying work. The intellectual property remains with us or the original rights holder. The scope of your license is determined by the license type selected at purchase and shown on your order and download pages.
2. License Types
- Personal license: use in your own personal, non-commercial projects. No resale, no client work, no redistribution.
- Commercial license: use in your own business projects or in a single end product for one client. The number of end products or seats, if limited, is stated on the product page.
- Extended license: broader rights as stated on the product page, such as use in multiple client projects or in products offered for sale, where the digital product is not the primary value of what you sell.
3. What You May Not Do
Regardless of license type, you may not: resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the product or your download links in its original or trivially modified form; include the files in a template, stock or asset library; claim authorship of the original work; or use the product in unlawful, defamatory or infringing material. Accounts that share files or links may be suspended and licenses revoked.
4. Delivery and Downloads
Products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation through secure, personalised download links in your account. Where a product page states a download limit or access window, it applies from the date of purchase; otherwise access is unlimited while your account remains in good standing. Keep local backups of purchased files — we may retire products from the store, in which case existing customers retain their licenses.
5. Updates and Support
Where a product includes updates, new versions appear in your downloads area automatically. Support, where offered, covers help with using the product as documented and fixing defects; it does not include customization, installation on your systems, or adapting the product to third-party changes, which may be offered as paid services.
6. Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds on downloaded products are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy — corrupted or materially misdescribed files we cannot replace, duplicate charges, or where consumer law requires. Please review product descriptions, previews and compatibility notes before purchasing, and contact us with pre-sale questions — we answer them gladly.
7. License Verification
Your order confirmation and account records serve as proof of license. If your client or platform requires license verification, contact support and we will issue written confirmation of the license attached to your purchase.
