These Membership Terms apply to all paid membership plans offered on our platform and form part of our Terms & Conditions. By subscribing you agree to the plan description shown at checkout and to the terms below.
1. What a Membership Is
A membership provides ongoing access to the benefits listed on the plan page for as long as your subscription is active. Benefits may include discounted services, included deliverables or credits each period, priority support, early access to new products, and member-only content. The plan page at the time you subscribe defines your benefits; we will not reduce the core benefits of your current term without notice.
2. Billing and Renewal
Memberships are billed in advance for each billing period (for example monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal price is the plan price current at renewal; if the price changes we notify you by email in advance so you can cancel first. Renewal reminders are sent before each charge for annual plans. If a renewal payment fails we retry it and notify you; access may be paused until payment succeeds.
3. Included Credits and Fair Use
Where a plan includes recurring deliverables or credits (for example a number of design requests or content pieces per period), unused allowances expire at the end of the period unless the plan page states they roll over. Benefits are subject to fair use: they are intended for the reasonable needs of one business. We may contact you to discuss a higher tier if usage is far above what the plan is designed for; we will never silently throttle you.
4. One Account, One Member
Membership benefits are attached to the subscribing account and are not transferable. Sharing account credentials to give third parties member benefits is not permitted. Agencies or teams that need multi-user access should choose a plan that includes it or contact us for a custom arrangement.
5. Upgrades, Downgrades and Pauses
You can upgrade at any time — the change takes effect immediately and the unused portion of your current period is credited towards the new plan. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period. Where a pause option is offered, pausing suspends both billing and benefits and your remaining time resumes when you unpause.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel anytime from your account; your benefits continue until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Refunds of renewal charges are handled under our Refund Policy. We may terminate a membership for breach of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, in which case any unused whole months of an annual plan are refunded pro rata unless the breach was serious.
7. Changes to Plans
We may add, change or retire plans and benefits over time. If we retire your plan we will offer the closest available alternative or let you finish your paid term on the existing benefits. Material changes are always notified by email before they affect you.
