Forms are where most marketing data is born, which is why handing them to a third party with unclear data residency is a recurring compliance headache. FormCraft puts the whole pipeline on your infrastructure: build, embed, collect, route and export, without a submission ever leaving your server.

A builder that handles complicated forms

Twenty-two field types cover text, long text, email, phone with country selection, number, currency, date and time, dropdown, radio, checkbox groups, file upload, signature, rating, address, hidden fields and calculated fields. Conditional logic works on show, hide, require, skip-to-page and set-value actions, and rules can chain across steps. Multi-step forms include a progress indicator, per-step validation and optional partial-submission saving so abandoned entries are still recoverable.

Routing and integrations

Each form can send templated notifications to multiple recipients with conditional routing based on answers, fire webhooks with signed payloads and retry on failure, append rows to a connected spreadsheet, and push contacts to an email platform through the documented connector interface. Autoresponders support attachments and dynamic content from field values.

Anti-spam without CAPTCHA fatigue

A layered defence combines honeypot fields, a timing check, rate limiting per IP and per fingerprint, disposable-domain blocking and an optional challenge that only triggers on suspicious scores. In practice most legitimate users never see a challenge at all.

Embedding and accessibility

Embed as an inline block, a popup, a slide-in or a full page with a single script tag; the embed is styled in a shadow root so host-page CSS cannot break it. Every field is keyboard accessible with proper labelling, errors are announced to screen readers, and the rendered markup passes automated accessibility checks. Submissions view supports filtering, tagging, notes and CSV or JSON export.
