Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can change plans or cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Is there a free trial?
Selected plans include a free trial period, shown on the plan card. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial from your dashboard.
How does membership billing work?
Memberships bill automatically on your chosen cycle — monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly (longer cycles carry a discount). You will see the next billing date in your dashboard, receive invoices by email, and get reminders before renewal.
