Once a service has been started, delivered, or completed, no refunds will be issued. Digital marketing services involve time, resources, tools, and strategy implementation that cannot be reversed.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction)
Service was not started at all
Technical or system error from our side confirmed by our team
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.
The following services are strictly non‑refundable:

Social media marketing campaigns
Website design & development
Domain, hosting, third‑party tools, or software purchases
Any custom or promotional digital service
All advance payments are non‑refundable once the project has been approved or work has begun.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action if required
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method only.
