Account suspension, ad rejection, or reach limitations imposed by third parties
Downtime or technical issues from third‑party tools or services
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
VIP Pro Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
